Leadership Qualities According to the reported survey constructed by Gallup, after many years of research, I understood my qualities as a leader and positively related to them. The report outlined five traits that I exhibit as a leader. To ensure that my team members understand precisely what is expected of them, I clarify what is expected. When and how things need to happen are all part of this. When managing a team, I make it a point to be explicit about the task’s most critical or non-negotiable components so that everyone is on the same page. This is factual because I believe in engaging with different people and listening to their opinions. I think in the engagement even across diversity lines. To reap the benefits of diversity, it must be managed appropriately. Multicultural groups are more likely to become disorderly without incorporation, leading to reduced productivity and engagement, more turnover, and disputes. As it turns out, it is a lot easier to manage a group of people with similar backgrounds and experiences than it is to persuade teams made up of varied individuals to appreciate and embrace their unique thinking trends. However, it is also true that we will meet people from different backgrounds in workplaces and schools, and we have to adapt to work with them despite their differences. Thirdly, the report outlines that I exhibit positivity. As a transformational leader, positivity is an essential core value to foster an innovative and creative workforce for positive change (Broome &Marshall, 2021). It is true that I love staying positive and enthusiastic in all situations. I think that as a leader, you must have a good attitude. Those in leadership positions have a natural tendency to steer their followers in a good direction and away from bad ones. Positive leadership can positively impact the well-being and productivity of individuals, teams, and organizations. Fourthly, the report states that I am an arranger.
